Maul-Oghre relationship (spoiler)

same size (9 feet tall....?)
same form (big pig)
same home (Blind Steppes)

Could the Oghre be ancestors? The Mauls perhaps a breakoff tribe that did not rebel from the Trow? I like to think that the Maul are Oghre who survived the final battle and feeling dishonored, changed their name to the Maul and returned to where they came from when before they were enslaved. But there is no evidence to that :) good for a Myth IV supporting plot mb tho....
