Regarding the Inmates of the Asylum *PIC*

Hey, fellow Asylumites. I've been wondering what feasibility there is for we Inmates to remain any kind of real order. In the nearly two months of our extance, we haven't had a single meeting or done one thing for the Asylum or Myth (where were the mapmakers?). In fact, we have been posting considerably less on the Asylum. This could be because of school and other such things interfearing, but I always find time to check the Asylum at least 10 times a day in the routine of my forum-checking.

What about actually finding time to get together? I love the universality of our membership, but it's proven extremely difficult to stretch our meetings to the four corners of the world; in fact, it's so far been impossible. The only other options would be to have seperate meetings in the course of 48 hours for different locales. But I remember what happened to Rome when it was divided, as well as to America (one fell, the other recovered once reunited).

Then again, what about Myth III? Many of us seem to have macs, so we're going to be waiting a while to actually see the game. It could be after Thanksgiving even (Godforbid). I guess we could hold out for two weeks until something presents itself with m3. But are our interests really that close…?

I'm thinking now that the Inmates could serve as a non-obligation, inter-clan society of überAsylumites as well as it has functioned as an order. The association and clan potential would always be there, but few of us seem willing to persue it.

So, should we dissolve our clan due to lack of interest and engage in other endeavors, or should we maintain something that, as of yet, has done nothing?

I'm anxious to hear all of your opinions. This has been posted on the Asylum and Inmates forums, as well as been mailed to each of you.
