Watcher vs Deciever... round 2

Well first off I have to say I like both the Watcher and the Deciever characters in the Myth storyline. The Watcher is cool, especially so before he lost his arm, because he's an ancient evil (meaning he's been around for awhile, so he has prowness, survival skills, and he's the 2nd or 3rd strongest sorcerer in living memory), he discovered the Dream of Unlife, he has a cool name (Mad Goat of the Fens) and a helm to match, and to top it all off he gots a cool sword. The Deciever is cool because he can convert anyone to his cause, he's friends with warlocks, he's friends with trow, he can wither people, he can move at odd angles, he almost killed The Watcher, and he gots a cool sceptre. If I left anything out for either of them, oh well its all I could think of. So... my question is who would win in an all out fight and why? And what started the conflict between them anyway?
