Few questions

1. Is there any fallen lord(xept D) that can still live(in any way) after soulblighter? I mean if there is it is prolly some of those unnamed ones. If you have any idea please tell me his "supposed name"

2. How long is it from the "Trow pact" with Myrdred till the end of Soulblighter war? More or less than year? If less then how much(months are ok)

3. What is east of the Map? I mean it looks like a penninsula to me so there is something logicaly continued. If there has been any small blinks on this question please tell me about them
