World Knots? *PIC*

How World Knots works? I mean how *they* knew where you want to teleport. EX: in the level "Beyond The Cloudspine" we see our troops telepoting in Madrigal. How they teleport to Madrigal? They could teleport to others World Knots(Tyr, Scales, Covenant and Rhi'Anon). How do World Knot work?
