I cannot believe people think that the forces attacking Crows Bridge were The Watchers!First of all,Bah'lal was nowhere near Shivers forces or the Legion defending Madrigal.He was most likely on the outskirts of Tyr slowly approaching Covenant with his army of lumbering undead and anyone who could read a map could tell that Crows Bridge was clearly north of Madrigal.2nd of all is that the Shade Phelot decimated Avons Grove and from what we know in myth 2 Phelot was one of Shivers Shades since he was in the level "Shiver" posing as her allie.
