Like The Nine, they all have different strengths and weaknesses. Soulblighter was the best general and tactician amongst them. The Watcher was the second or third most powerfull sorceror in terms of raw magical reserves, and the Deceiver seems to equally match him as they keep repeatedly kicking eachother's asses. Shiver was the most powerful *battle* mage, which is probably why she faced off against Rabican, the most powerful battle mage amongst the Nine. The Lurker is said to have specialized in plant and weather control spells, and we don't know anything about The Voiceless One or The Faceless Man.
