That's a good question... So here I go.
First of all, if you go to the bottom of the mythwars page you can find a bunch of links. Two of them lead to rules (one in downloadable word format, one as a URL). So those are the basic rules... which are going to be changed a bit, but they're a good idea of what it's like.
Second: Anybody can play... preferably Asylumers, though :) For now, I'm going to draw a limit at around ten players, although the only limiting factor is that I just want to have a group that can be quick about the game (i.e. email me back about turns quickly).
So for now, I'll leave you with that. I'll try to update the page enough so it's more informative soon.
