How do you know this? In Deceiver Description, Glossary, Myth II Manual says:("One of the Fallen Lords who served Balor during the Great War. His rivalry with the other Fallen Lords led to his downfall. He disappeared after the Watcher decimated his army at Seven Gates." )
So, he disappeared and we don't know anything about him!!!

I don't said that they killed him, I only said that they hold him at Dire Marsh. And I wanted you say you that to kill Balor they destroyed a lot of enemies, that's because they need to kill him more than 10 years(you post this, that they needed more than 10 years to kill Balor).

TWO of four were alive. We don't know who were the other two, so we can't say that they were alive. MB legion kill them too!!! So, two of four were alive.
1- Deceiver- frozen in Dramus river(near death). and
2- SB- protecting Great Devoid.
Only one of Fallen was alive and free:SB(we don't know when Dec was killed, ok not killed but frozen).
So, we have only one Fallen alive and free: great SB.
