Why would Mazzarin attempt to unite Wyrd's One Dream?Perhaps he was just trying to make Myth a more "liveable" place but maybe,just maybe he was originally Segoth,Wyrds actual son!When Segoth was executed by the Dark Godshe might have been reincarnated into Mazzarin and as Wyrds son had the privledge of uniting his fathers one dream for the world;therefore giving wyrd back his control over the world.But Segoth continuosely failed and wyrd had to reincarnate him every Dark Age for another attempt at braking the cycle.Perhaps the cycle is broken...Now lets say that Alric is a recent reincarnation of Mazzarin or Segoth shall we say?Alric killed Balor early on in the Sword Age and this time knew what would happen...So he was intelligent enough to bring the head of balor and cast it into the Great Devoid;preventing Balor from being reborn, so now Segoth has prevailed!And so what if the Myrkridia and other creatures are still loose in the world?They have no strong sense of leadership now that Soulblighter is dead!And with the new advances in technology they should be easily dealt with.
