With a little help..................?

When I want to see a film of the level "With A Little Help" always appears "Out of sync", in saved games too.
I have make this level one more time, but it always says "out of sync".
I have download UMS one more time but it always says the same in the same level("With A Little Help")
So, what I must do?
Please, help me friends!!!
