On the Wall, you missed mentioning about the Archer's four variants of "Damn!".
On Shiver, there's the ruined walls in the NW corner that look suspiciously like part of Soulblighter's camp from Murder of Crows, complete with a spiral spell-trap thingy like you see in that level and in the Five Champions. There's also an unused cave model too near Shiver's camp. Given the statement that she's standing between us & Soulblighter, perhaps this is worth mentioning. Its more interesting than the warlock hax00r stuff anyway ;P
Also, didn't this level have crows swooping on a deer's back in the western mountains, again reminiscent of TFL except there's two crows here? I haven't access to Loathing at the moment so I'm not sure.
