Not n00b spek; n00bs tend to spek normally, if slowly and with many typos. TRO SPEK is a variant of "Lamerish", a Netspeak language invented by those who wanted to look "1337".
TRO SPEK specifically is a variant strain of Lamerish Minor (chatacarized by all caps or all lower case typing and random dropping of letter, as well as nonintuitive abbreviations, as opposed to |_@/\/\3®1$|-| /\/\@_|0®, which is just incomprehensable and is purely an academic language). It has adapted to the Myth environment, involving terms such as CL, KIK, and of course, "TRO". It gains its name from the fact that the players who invented it were often found in ranked rooms unimapping Body Count on If I Had A Trow, or "BC TRO".
A less harmfull strain that I tend to use myself is "Lemish", another mutant form of Lamerish Minor invented by the self-described "lemurs" of Nontoxic Myth, IRC EFnet #myth, and the WarSong order. Unfortunately many of them have (d)evolved into true lamers today; I seem to be the last one sticking to the lemur ideal. Lemish is charactarized by semi-illiterate phonetic misspelling such as dunt (don't), as well as lamerish staples such as mb (maybe), and Myth-specific terms which usually take on a TROSPEK accent and are entirely capitalized, such as TRO and KIK.
