My observations on b.net lead me to believe that TRO SPEK was actually just n00b spek that was given a name by the folks in The Cagey Ghols, a TFL/SB order.
As is always the case, cg was inspired by the barely coherent ramblings of some hapless n00b and took the language to never-intended heights of syntax complexity. There might have been some CP'ers involved as well.
