HERON GUARD?IMPOSSIBLE!

Does anybody see the picture where stays alric with his sword and there are two worriors and one HERON GUARD near him(LEVEL "THE IBIS CROWN" pregame pic)
But why there is a HERON GUARD? As I know journeymen have become HERON GUARDS after the IBIS CROWN recovered from the ancient tomb below Muirthemne and ceremony was held to coronate Alric as the new Emperor of the Cath Bruig Empire.
But Ibis Crown was recovered in level "THE IBIS CROWN". So maybe journeymen become HERON GUARDS before the IBIS CROWN has recovered?
If anybody know anything about, answer me.
