*note: I make many references to the A/B Spirit theory in this post. Because I forgot which spirit is which, A spirit is Alric, B spirit is Balor.*
It was said somewere that A spirit was more chaotic than the more orderly B spirit. (yes, that sentence is werid)
Well, if you ask me, the cycle seems pretty orderly. 1000 years of Dark, 1000 years of Light. There a few bumps... levelers dying at the wrong time, etc., but overall, the universe runs on rails.
But A spirit doesn't like order. So when it happened to be Alric, maybe it just thought, "Aw, screw the cycle, I don't feel like being killed again!" and proceeds to throw everything off by actually winning the war.
This theory prolly has lots of problems with it, and I'm sure I got some facts wrong, but it's still in it's infancy. I need feedback about it, so it doesn't seem as bloody stupid as it does now ;)
