The head: a Leveler?

In the Myth II storyline right after the Forge, the entire comet leveler thing is explained, but they also mention a leveler who was dismembered and had his limbs scattered at the four corners of the world. A desert in the middle of nowhere seems to be a good place to put his still talking head. It seems reasonable that his head, like Balors, would also be powerless, and therefore wouldnt get out. Not only that, but the location of the head was known only to the Avatara, as it would be after the body of a Leveler was dismembered. Maybe the Avatara wanted to know more about the Leveler in order to stop him, and who better to ask than a former Leveler? And the other question is, once a leveler, always a leveler? It is a cycle, he went from good at one comet to evil after another, but should he have gone back to good after the latest comet? Maybe the Avatara hoped so.
