| Spherical Panorama: Overlook | |

The final map in the Halo Reach Beta, finally spherized! This one gave me even more trouble than the Powerhouse one, but in the end it was totally worth it. 
Looking over Overlook Like I said, this one gave me a lot of issues. The first batch of pictures I took got messed up because halfway through my finger accidentally brushed the trigger, causing the clip to fast forward, meaning the clouds weren't in the right place and a stitch was impossible. The second batch...I don't know what happened but they didn't want to stitch at first. I finally added about 50 control points manually and got the thing looking perfect, I guess it just needed some tender lovin'. Overall, I'm very happy with Overlook. I'm happy I was able to time it just right to get the rainbow to show up, it adds a nice touch. I was also concerned that the dynamic lighting on Overlook (when you turn toward the sun it gets dark and when you turn back into the map it gets brighter) was going to make it hard to stitch, but that was the least of the issues, it was able to color match perfectly.
