| HaloContest Closing Down In March | |

Yes, it's my sad duty to inform everyone that HaloContest--after 6 months of fun and prizes--is shutting down March 8th. Keeping up with this site is too costly, and it's causing us to spend more than we receive. Less and less members are joining, and our views are so dwindled, that we're only pulling in $1 a week. Which obviously isn't a smart investment, especially if you spend at least $50 a month buying prizes for the winners. It pains me to say this, but the site has to come down. But make no mistake:It was a great experience for me, picking out the best of the best, and sending out prizes to eager winners. And I hope you guys had fun, too. But much like Sgt. Johnson, I'm being sent out with a bang(hopefully). This month, the winners of each clip or screenshot will have a choice between 4000 Microsoft Points, a 12-Month Subscription to Xbox Live, or a 2-disc copy of Halo Legends. So please, don't hesitate to send in more clips and pictures for your chance to choose! Thanks to all who submitted, for the memories, the clips, the pictures, and the great times we've all had playing Halo. --Morpheus414
