I thought the word was "Glassing" as well but I've found something else that seem to point towards Noble team being Spartan III's.

From Xbox Press: "Step into the boots of a Spartan III and prepare for the first look at “Halo: Reach,” the highly anticipated prequel to the “Halo” trilogy from acclaimed developer Bungie coming fall 2010. "

Link's at the bottom.

As to whether that's a typo or some other sort of mistake I can't say but it's intriguing none the less.
