That warning is in Halo 3 too.

It's there because

1) Marty doesn't like it (and I agree with him, also because the way they implemented custom soundtracks on the 360 was a step backward on how they did it on the OXbox)

2) The mixing they have to do with dialog would get screwed up if they allowed people to talk while custom soundtracks are playing.
