Feel free to shoot this one down guys... i'm no physics professor or anything. I was just thinking that here on earth we are held to the ground by the earths gravity. On halo, comparing it to the earth, the gravity would be much less. But we don't need gravity as much because when on halo were on teh inside of teh ring, not the outside. You cannot do this on a planet because it is not a ring. So wouldn't centrifical force provide the stability on the ground of halo? Wouldn't then it be much harder to walk since the ring spins fast and is small and therefore takes little time for one rotation?
Also i was thinking why do the marines wear armour that looks like it's from the 16th century. Does the body armour provide more effective against plasma weapons or something cause if you look at the they kinda look stupid. I would have thought we would be wearing cool space uniforms. lol.
