Attention Mapmakers!

Alright guys, I'm in need of your help. I want to create a map, but there's simply nowhere in any of the current maps that fills my requirements. So my only choice is to build the structure OUTSIDE the boundaries of a map. Is this even possible:

What I'm looking for is a LARGE (width and height) open space. If you fall off of the map, I'd really like you to die rather than just be able to hop back into a teleporter and rejoin the action. It'd also be pretty cool if I could put a Hornet on the map, but it isn't essential.

Do any seasoned map h4x0rz know of any suitable locations? I'm thinking perhaps either Standoff or Avalanche, out beyond the invisible barriers. Or perhaps Epitaph or above Sandtrap.
