Well... Friday I said... Tuesday months later it is, and this is the third attempt too :>

To recap, the legs of mark two just about held, however, that was without the clay- adding clay made it very very likely of collapsing, and with the base not even started, drastic measures were considered- arming the Arbiter with two honor guard pikes. I didn't like the idea, one would of been fine but...

Eventually, I just gave up, I had enough paper work of Arby and co (Ill post this friday- promise!), and Arby mark two went to the great corner of the kilm room.

History became Legend. Legend became Myth... But it was not the end...

First few weeks of A level (dunno what the American equiv is, but im going on 17, work it out from there) we're made in art to have a go of all sorts of different materials- including wire. We did a couple of little ones, and next week we were to make a big human or animal which would be modrocked (thats what casts are made of, owww educational :>).

I approached my teacher about trying the Arbiter one last time- she agreed.

Beginning work included using two pretty big things of wire just for the legs, so my teacher suggested just doing it in wire- it probably saved the model :>

LOOK!!!!!

The Base doesn't look nearly as sexylicious as it does in reality, but thats wood sprayed silver, and then tin foil with forerunner patterns in (take note of the bad IRIS symbol) and then has boot polish over it which brings out the pattern.

Actual model is obviosuly silver wire (approx 4 bigish rolls) for the main body and bronze for the armor (1 roll, and yes I know the armor isn't actually bronze, well whatever)

The head is the head from the Mrk II Arbiter, spray painted silver and then the helmet is painted bronze.

He does lean a bit, which is why my hand is in one shot to show off the general body structure, but the leaning looks cool.

The bronze stick in one hand was going to be an energy sword made from clear plastic, but final cockup waiting for me in a long and troublesome project was that the cooling fan for vac former (probably, I know not of technical names) broke, oh well, it'll work eventually, and I might add it later.

Ta for reading and yes IM CREATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :>
