In Response To: Last Man Standing - Machinima Music Video (B!OHAZARD)

I think this vid is worth frontpaging because it's the first longer-format film I've seen that gives viewers an idea of what can be done with saved films - sweeping camera angles and dramatic shots with minimal effort in the actual capture phase... but it's also a good example of the 'use stuff because you can' problem facing any practitioner of new and powerful tools.

Your cuts were so quick I couldn't really tell what was going on - who was winning? Was the race we saw even in the same sequence as the race you ran? What was the blue guy doing? (I kept expecting the racers to go by him - but there was nothing tying him to the rest of the action.) How come nobody ever got blown up by the field of cores? How did it end?

The potential is HUGE - that can be seen from your film; there are definitely intense moments that were highlighted, or even created, by your use of the camera. A little polish, and this goes from a proof-of-concept to a gorgeous standalone machinima. ;)
