Getting on top of Cartographer's Isle.

Not really much up there aside some good views and getting to see dropships vanish, but here's how. 1. Play co-op. 2. Get the 'hog up the path leading to the interior of the island. Get some speed and go to the left of the tree blocking easy access. 3. On that path, before where the Hunter's are hanging out on the Big Lid, keep your eyes out for the lowest point of the rock wall on the left. There will be a large rock right in front of this lowest point. 4. Squeeze the 'hog between the rock and the wall, getting 'hog up on two wheels, front-to-back. (I spent some time trying to get the 'hog propped up on the wall on the front two or rear two tires using 'nades, but no luck.) 5.Stand Chief #1 on the gun turret of the 'hog. 6. Jump Chief #2 onto the 'hog or rock and then onto Chief #1's head, and the op up on the outer ring of the island! You can turn around and Butcher Chief #1 to get him up on the ring with Chief #2. Again, I didn't find anything easter-eggish up there, but its certainly a "finished" area of the map, with grass and dirt textures and a few trees. Lotsa good views, some pot-shotting of Covenant emplacements. You can use the tree-tops to hop across the mid-island gap. I eventually had fun jumping off the cliff into the area where the first wave marines stand around like lame-asses, hoping their pals in the 'hog get killed so they can get a turn manning the Big Gun. I enjoy it when they see you die and say: "Aw man, that does it!" This mindlessness led me to create a GIANT pile of Chief bodies, to the point where there was a noticable framerate hit when looking at the carnage. (This is made fun-possible by playing co-op, where the jumper-Chief reincarnates next to the Chief still up top.) Still have yet to found any "real" secret areas. Anyone else? Just trying to get $400 of fun out of my Halo Hardware. :)
