Halo 2 Action Figures, Officially Done.

A while ago, I brought news that the series were over. Joyride then promptly put out a couple of limited edition series. Of course, that came from the horse's mouth, but it was a partial truth. They weren't "series" on the card. Anyways, the Limited Edition Series 2 is now being shipped from several places, and can be found on eBay. Prophet of Regret, a Teal Multiplayer Elite, and a Sniper Jackal. There will be no more Halo 2 figures after this series. No more limited edition, no nothing. Nothing until Halo 3 is released anyways. You may have noticed that there was a heretic grunt listed on the site for a while, but that will not be released. The email I got from PR reads as follows: "The Heretic Grunt will not be released, due to production and licensing issues. This is the end of Halo2 figures. Thanks for collecting! " I really wonder about the "licensing issue". And, a couple other tidbits: The White/Yellow Elite that bungie has in the webcam is a prototype of the white elite that was released by Toyrocket. The Ghost is battle damaged, and there was was going to be a banshee too. Gamestop backed out of distributing them, so they were not released.
