The call for Lego Zanzibar help! | |

Helo fellow enthusiasts. You remember me....the guy who posted some pics about Lego Zanzibar remember? Well this: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=200779 is the project as it stands. As you can see, I've completed the Rocket tower and completely redesigned the sword/windmill tower. I added a bit more detail to the main complex, and I found a crude, yet effective way too make the full windmill ring. (although I will admit, I had to use tape) You can see on the far right of the table, the unfinished sniper platform thing. I'm not shure I have enough slanted pieces to make the 2 ramps, so I might make them stairs for now. I have over 800 brown Lego pieces ordered for overnight delivery just for the sea wall, and I have to go pick up a ping-pong table at the Sports Authority later today (the table it's on now is much too small.) Anyway...I now face my greatest challlenge. The epitammy of all that is complex. How...do I make the windmill? This is the biggest problem facing me right now. I've tried several ideas that either sucked or did'nt look anything like the one in the game. If anyone has any ideas...PLEASE pitch them to me. I'm leaving for college next Saturday, so I would like to have this finished ASAP. It must be round, to scale, and the blades shoould be slanted. Basicly...the closest possible design that matches the game. I would appreciate any ideas from the Halo/Lego community. Oh...and does anyone know why the Saber-Scorpion Lego Forum is'nt working? I tried to post this there, but it doesn't let me post or anything. And that should be the best place to post this kind of Halo Lego question. So...If anyone has any designs...please tell me or better yet, send me pictures of your own design if you can. I'll see if it can work or not. email: alexk32@gmail.com |
