New level 2 H1 fun at Bad Cyborg. In the hillside survivor area, you can get the enemy to chase after you when you leave, giving a novel battle near one of the entrances, particularly if you've led them into a squad of Marines! Read all about it in Hillside entrance battles.
Enemies can sometimes come a long way out. Imagine five Elites running out of the high entrance and heading down towards the stream, right into the crossfire of a dozen assault rifles. That's one of the highlights you can arrange.
There's also some weird and amusing behaviour to witness. When you draw enemies up to the high entrance, the Grunts and Jackals start panicking for no apparent reason, and show no signs of stopping. They're totally freaked out; go have a listen. Anyone got an explanation?
Also at the site, I've radically expanded and improved the recent posting on Hillside reinforcements, about fighting alongside a mass of Marines at the top of the hill. It includes a refined method of creating a good save for a really intense battle.
