New MC model renders..!

In the process of putting together a portfolio with the purpose of getting a job, the way things are going, I'll reach retireing age before finding one! ARGH

Anyways, I'm tinkering with some old models and making new content as well. No idea what they want to see but I'll do my best!
So, I'm optimizing my Master Chief model and the whole bottom section has been remodeled and poly count went from a gazillion to a decent 158 faces per leg, and 122 faces per boot. In contrast, the old MC model was around 5K.
The new battle rifle he's holding has a total of 2743 faces.

Here's a sample of Mr.Bad-Ass himself. Note the textures on the upper arms are old, I'm working on the new ones now.
After that is adding a nice skeleton and make some short test animations..
