So the Halo Movie is real: confirmed

I don't know if anyone here knows this already, I'm not a regualr to this site, but the Halo movie was mentioned in Empire magazine, probably the worlds best movie magazine from the UK. Apparently Alex Garland is writing the script and its all official. Is this news to you or am I just really late on the Halo Movie news???? P.S. It wasnt in the rumours section, they talked with him he sed he was doing it
