Theory: Gravemind is Forerunner. *minor SP* *long*

I was looking at the theories about Gravemind and I got thinking. Part One: What if he wasn't originaly a collection of bodies but one large body. The chamber MC and the Arbiter met him in was huge. So I thought back to Halo 1. Where have we seen caverns that large? Assualt on the Control Room (the room that Foehammer drops you off in at the begining of the level; the underground passages; the two-bridge cavern), and the Halo level (underground lightbridge cavern). What if those passageways are that large because that's how big the Forerunner were. But this can be challenged with the tiny corridors around the control room (generator rooms). Here's where part two comes in: Humans. Or, more exact, Reclaimers. The Forerunner were studying Earth. They then modeled a servant race off of the Earthlings. These servants would assist the Forerunners with the Halos and act as backup to get the Index incase the Forerunner were overrun by the Flood. The pyramid outside the control room on Instillation 04 was designed for Forerunner and Reclaimers. The ramps we use to get up would be steps for the Forerunner. The Forerunner placed the Reclaimers on Earth so we could have a place to live and also grow alongside the orignal Earthlings. But the Earthlings died out for some reason and the Reclaimers took over the empty planet as their own. Now, back to Gravemind. He doesn't look like what a Forerunner could have looked like. But, factor in the Flood. The infected hosts don't look entirely like before it was infected. "100 000 Years War": where does this tie into things. Well, Gravemind probably collected bodies to add to himself and using them to capture more bodies for food. Or, if you prefer, using the bodies to fight the Sentinals. He doesn't look like a Forerunner because he has been changed by the Flood and has been breaking off parts to fight the Sentinals. There's my theory. Hack away.
