Halo 2 Default Death-Camera Angles

Egg hunters or crazy people might be interested. This is a text listing of almost all the default death cameras in Halo 2. Pardon the typos. I'm the only person who has worked on this list, so if anyone wants to jump in and check for errors, please do.
