New Halo 2 Stats Tool | |

I present to you my Halo 2 Online (H2O) Stats Reader. I have been working on this for a while, and, it can do the following: -Retrieve and archive to file all of your games, or any gamertag's or clan's games, from Bungie's stats site.
-Also, once you have these games sorted/filtered, you can total the stats for all of these games. And it's not just limited to totaling the stats of just the gamertag whose games you're looking at. It totals the stats for (up to) all players that played in any of the games you're totaling. The reason I said (up to) there is that by default, it totals the stats for the 64 most recent players in those games, to speed up the amount of time it takes to total the stats.
-Also, once you have a sorted (or unsorted) list of games, just click on a game and you can see the data for that individual game.
-Lastly, you can get the current rankings for a player/clan, (such as if Player1 is level 14.56 [yes, .56] in Team Slayer.) -Oh, and there's an ability to auto-update the save files you collect. This however, is a little more advanced, and requires that you know how to use windows scheduler. More information in the readme's that come with the program. Planned for the future: Be able to create a "favorite's game list", find all games in which you got, say, 4 Double Kills [compared to finding all games in which you got a Double Kill]. This program was written in Visual Basic 6. Yeah, not exactly the best of languages, but the one I knew the best, and the only one in which at the time (and still) I could get all of those things accomplished. Note that if you extract all the files to the same directory and still cannot run the program, you'll need to get the Visual Basic 6 runtimes. Just search for them at microsoft's site and you should be able to find them. Enjoy, I hope you like it. I think I got all of it's features in there. One last note: I am really bad at writing instructions. Thus, the instructions that came with the program might not be good. Anyone that would like to write better ones, you can email me. |
