| Fan Fic Contest: Enter Now! | |

Hextall27 and I mentioned about starting a Fan Fic Contest, and, here ya go! The 1st Annual Enkidu FanFic Contest! Some rules and regs first: Gerneral rules:
As mentioned above, there are 4 different Categories: Single Story, Series, Poem, and Comedy: Single Story can only consist of one part, no more. The maximum amount of words are 10,000 words. We won't kill you if it's 10 words over, but if it sucks and goes over by a few hundred, we'll hunt you down. Series has to consist of 2 to 5 parts of 10,000 words max. In this category, we're a bit more strict on the 10k word use. We don't want to spend our whole day reading. Poem is our most lenient category. No limits except it has to be in poem form(i.e., every first word of each line capitalized, etc). Comedy is like Single Story: 1 part, 10k word max. Only addition is it has to be funny. Here's a tip: Keep the stories as short as possible without hurting the plot. A short and good story will win over a long and drawn-out story. FanFics will be judged on a scale of 1 to 10, breaking down to tens, hundreths, or even thousanths of a decimal point to declare a winner. Any submissions are to be e-mailed to me at Eaglesalltheway2@yahoo.com, or to Hextall27 at PhillyFlyers888@aol.com. Speaking of which, WE NEED JUDGES! Several of you have said you'd like to be a judge, so if you still do, e-mail me. The more judges the quicker this contest is judged. And if you want to judge, but also want to submit, there will be a special Judges' FanFic contest, in which you can submit a writing and let the forum-goers decide on a winning judge. The contest will begin on Monday, May 24th and run until Sunday, June 13th. The winner of each category will receive a special prize which is yet to be determined. I wish all of you the best, and hope to get some Eric Nylands or Enkidus out of you.
