There will be more than 30 single player levels to finish in Halo 2.

In the multiplayer portion of the game in addition to being able to pilot the Wraith, pick up the plasma sword, and use a laser based sniper-like weapon (think Sentinel) the Halo PC maps (like Timberland and Death Island) will be included in Halo 2.

Halo 3 will be announced... for XBox 2, which will be due out in 2006. In the meantime EA will join forces with Bungie to announce a simulation game based on The Sims which will be called, "The Covies".

SketchFactor will get married (if he's already married then he'll stay married) in after a whirlwind romance that started at the E3 expo though ironically it will be to a women who hates videogames. Hmm...

Bungie.net will be culled down from ~10,000 chapters now to only 2,401 (the rest of which were inactive) only to balloon up to 16,807 by the end of the year.

CobaltNova.com will become a repository for Halo based art with the announcement of monthly prizes for the best work.

Cortana will plot with other AI being carried by other Spartan soldiers to betray their hosts in order to control her own destiny (i.e. go rampant). This will lead to the final cinematic scene in Halo 2 involving about 7 Spartan soldiers being stranded on a Halo which is about to detonate. Halo 3 will pick up from there.

[Xeno] won't get to the quarter finals at the Summer CPL event;

The winners of the Summer CPL event will be JSF.

There will be an explosion of Halo related blog sites and the RSS feeds will be introduced to the front page of HBO.

Halo 2 will be on the PC but not developed by Gearbox.
