But he lacks things like health and a death animation (MY logic tells me), causing a non-standard behaviour.

And, as I have experienced, he has no collision model with other characters (might be the reason why he can't be bumped) only vehicles.

(No, I don't think that makes him a vehicle)

Though... I can be completely wrong :P
