"Announcer dude".... (you know the guy)

I searched the forum... but I didnt really know what to search for. Anyway, does anyone know who the announcer on Halo is. You know, the guy that says "Race - Warthogs".... or "Capture the Flag". Man, that guy has about the coolest voice out there... right up there with "Coming this summer" guy.

I was thinking.. what would you have that guy say if you could make him say anything?
