NOTE: Only works with modded Xboxes. Also, it'll only work in the last five levels. Put the difficulty on Heroic or Legendary, so you can shoot the Flood's arms off without them dying. Once both arms are off, bump the Flood. There will be a reticule like the MC has at the beginning of POA (before he gets any guns). Walk over a gun and it will say you picked it up, but the reticule will go away. Now you can take scrrenshots like the ones Bungie has in their Screenshot Section. Here are two examples:
