More on the mysterious "BREACH"

OK...I got all excited about the talk of Halo 2's possible title....Then I thought of the thing I found on Lee Wilson's site (storyboard artist for Halo)...He listed storyboard work for Bungie / Microsoft "Breach" ( no links)....so I thought that was prob just the working title for the ill fated "Phoenix"...yet upon doing a quick search at the US Patent and Trademark office (great site for this kinda snooping: http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm ), I found this trademark application filed on Jan 21st (four days before my post about this) :

There are several applications by MS / Bungie for variations on this trademark....one for games and everything related...one for all sorts of toys / merch etc...

Looks like the earliest one was June 18th 2002...hmmmm...ths certainly means it is not Phoenix, since they wouldnt have applied for any new TM's on it..

This is basically the same tremark application they made for Halo...very intriguing...This is either the title of Halo 2, or a new unanounced project...
