I think most of those are the correct words.

Some things, Cortana seems to still be integrated in the Master Chief's suit.
I get the impression from the Kill Zone, that a large part of the covenant fleet is semi encircled by the human fleet, as you don't have a "kill zone" unless you are able to partially flank the enemy. A more military type will have to fill you in an the ideal kill zone, but I believe it is to be able to fire at a target at a forty-five degree angle. Now this in itself doesn't imply encirclement, but the mention of a Lunar perimeter and enemy ships slipping past the kill zone does. It seems that there are ships both bombarding and landing troops on earth from orbit.

A bit of personal opinion, I think that we won't actually get to fight on earth, I think that it will be declared lost and you will have to use a covenant ship to escape, either with the fleet, or to attack the covenant homeworld.

Also those who are all saying Keyes is dead, he seems to me to be a prime candidate for having had his brain used as a template for an AI.
