It's actually a level that I'm making with H3EK!

The object is located here, if anyone else with H3 Mod tools wants to see:
tags\objects\gear\human\residential\desk_telephone_handset

I went through the rest of H3's campaign and multiplayer maps and it looks like they didn't use the actual handset anywhere in the game, only the "desk_telephone" object without it(I believe it was on the "Voi" level.)
