: The image quality problem I'm experiencing with the Windows Store version of
: the MCC (CE Anniversary) has to be a graphical bug caused from one of the
: previous MCC updates. The game was looking great before
: one of the updates caused the problem. I've been confused about what the
: differences are between the Windows Store version and the Steam version of
: The Master Collection. Unless Steam adds extra files tied into the game
: for functionality for the game to operate within the Steam environment and
: not within the Microsoft Store version, I probably won't be able to run
: the Firefight mod. I don't run Steam, so I guess I'm out of luck. Very
: disappointing!

I've seen stuff about doing it with the Microsoft Store version, but it seems much tougher. It's unfortunate that the modding isn't more widely available since you'd think MS would want a top-shelf experience using their own storefront.
