I do think that a shakeup in leadership is what the company needs.
I know Microsoft is trying to push more and more Battlepasses, microtransactions, etc., but I am hoping the 343i staff can point to Infinite as an example of what not to do going forward. I'm sure they've made a pretty penny on the in-game shop, but with the current backlash, it might still get some kind of results. *shrug*
