What's the provenance of the art? I assume it's just an Easter egg, not something intrinsic to WH lore.

Also, while you'd ultimately have to have the courts decide, I can see them saying the Marathon symbol doesn't meet the threshold of originality to be copyrightable. Simple geometry and stuff like typography generally isn't; that's why stuff like the Microsoft logo are trademarked.
