Either way it's not really that surprising. If something goes overlong creative staff usually get released from projects because they've got other commitments.

In the realm of "should people be worried about this" it seems rather minor. At this point I'd be more concerned if they were trying to rush this through production rather than taking the time they need.

(I do wonder about the budget scope of this though.)
