Could be (and probably is) that they're just old friends getting together. Watched an entire youtube video where a guy speculated that Marty was being hired by 343 based on this photo (and in the process he demonstrated that he knew nothing about Marty's activities or whereabouts since Halo 3 [eye roll]).

I don't see it happening, but never say never.
