MCC Development Update #5: Finish the Flight

TLDR summary:
*Test flight 3 for the entire game is now out.
*These flights are going to culminate in the first retail patch, while the insider build will continue for further updates
*Intelligent delivery is now in the game (choose with games to download)
*LAN support is in, although in the insider builds it still requires an internet connection but will be offline in the future.
*Some more details on tweaks and fixes.
