I'm inclined to agree somewhat. It was pretty clear that Halo's story was broad and thin when Bungie was acquired by Microsoft, and others (Like Eric) helped expand it. As it was explained to me, Halo's entire story and universe was a 2 page unformatted text document the day they moved up to MS.
