why not let you preload it? I know that they usually work on these games until the 11th hour, which is why these patches exist, but let me preload the patch at least the day of release.

You don't find it ironic that the XBONE will let you know that your preloaded game is now ready to play at the stroke of midnight, and then tell you that you can't play yet b/c it's not up to date?
